This policy applies to the booking deposit paid through Keauty for a clinic appointment.
The deposit (KRW 50,000) secures your appointment slot at the selected clinic. It is deducted from your final treatment cost at the clinic.
You receive a 100% refund if you cancel at least 7 days before your confirmed visit date, or if the appointment cannot proceed for reasons attributable to Keauty or the clinic (for example, the clinic cancels or the requested treatment is unavailable).
For cancellations made less than 7 days before the confirmed visit, or for a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable, as the reserved slot can no longer be offered to another client.
Contact us through in-app Chat or the customer email listed below. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval; the exact posting date depends on your card issuer.
If a payment is charged in error or duplicated, the full amount is refunded once verified.
